We make worship and Christian learning accessible and fun for everyone! No matter where you are on your faith journey, you are welcome and have a home here at FCC Meredith. We are serious Christians, but don't take ourselves too seriously.
Christian Education (Sunday school)
Sunday School Our Sunday School (Kindergaten - 7th grade) meets twice a month from mid-September until Easter. Children begin in worship with their family and leave for their class after the Children's Message. Younger children (birth - pre K ) are welcome to go directly to an adult supervised Child care which is located beside the Sunday School classroom. Parents are always welcome to come with the child to Child care and/or Sunday School.
Sunday School children learn about the Bible: Old Testament stories and the New Testament (Jesus, his disciples, and relevant passages). A variety if Bible based curricula move our children through the stages if their faith development. Often what is studied during Sunday School is followed up with a craft activity that further extends the children's knowledge of the Sunday School lesson. Our children support the Souper Bowl of Caring and participate, when relevant, the Sunday worship Service. Our children are comfortable being in the Sunday Worship Service as well as greeting adults during the Fellowship time.

Bible study
The Bible study group meets TUESDAY'S via zoom at 10am. We read the week's Gospel story from the lectionary, and one other reading on a common theme. Conversation goes where it will. Often, we end up with a lot of laughter, as we deepen our faith and knowledge together. The group has about 10 regular participants. It is open to everyone!

Summer camp (Horton Center)
